This Persian restaurant is the worst I have ever visited. The management is extremely poor, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I have visited this restaurant twice, once during peak hours and another during the day when there were few customers, and on both occasions, my order was delayed by more than an hour. What is more, the owner blamed me for the delay each time, which was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the restaurant made mistakes with my order on both occasions, and I was charged for them. Although they gave me some compensation on the second occasion, it did not make up for the poor service and mistakes made. The food quality at this restaurant is the lowest I have ever encountered in any Persian restaurant, not only in Birmingham but also throughout the UK. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant. There are much better options in the vicinity, such as Khayyam, which is just down the street. Overall, I hope that this restaurant improves its customer service and food quality in the future.

Really enjoyed the food here. It was a huge portion so well worth the price. The lamb steak kebab was so tender and juicy. The customer service was 5*. They were very attentive and also gave a me a quiet place to pray. Will love to visit again soon.
