Editing my review today to 4 star instead of 1 star. Although the delivery took longer and the product didn't work for me, the owner Lisa called me and personally apologised and explained to me why it may not have worked etc and I appreciated that. She sent me some complimentary gummies. Although neither product did anything for me the way it was dealt with was good. Terrible service. Ordered a week ago and seller says they've dispatched it. I checked on royal mail tracking and it says seller still preparing. Paying such a high price plus postage and no product yet, appalling. Am relatively new to the world of CBD, finding it to be highly beneficial to my long-term medical conditions. After alot of research on Google, as to which quality products might suit my needs and then to finding a suitable provider of such in the UK, I came across "The CBD Supermarket." Should an issue, query or problem arise, from my experience it is dealtwith in a speedy and professional manner by a real person from the company, not a third party, who does whatever they can to obtain a suitable resolution being as you're dealing with someone whom has great product knowledge and expertise. They're a relatively small company on the rise in the new world of CBD products in the UK. In the current upheaval caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic, I sincerely wish them well and shall continue to use their products and services in the foreseeable future. It should be noted that I rarely give reviews to any products or services on Google but I have been asked to provide a honest opinion and review of my own based upon my experience as a satisfied customer without the offer of financial inducement or personal gain.
