This company does not deserve any stars. The customer service at the cash & carry is shocking and the lady need firing or sacked. She does not know how to treat customers and disgusting attitude. Please do not go here for your shopping and as you will regret it.

Listen to me carefully everybody needs to stay away from this shop. I have see with my own eyes the abuse the old lady manger puts on the staff. It is unbelievably unethical where I feel as if ever items I buy, I will be filling the pockets of the corrupt. This old lady needs to be seriously investigated as I observed her for a good 15 minutes and have evidence of her unethical treatment towards the staff. Poor kids that have bright futures ahead of them are being mentally abused and battered with her nasty remarks. I will reveal more if anyone is willing to investigate with me.

You know when your in shock by experience well that's me. First impressions was a phone conversation the guy on phone sounded very professional and helpful. So I had high expectations it went down hill from their when I visited things are not organised as in the shelves are a mess and most items are damaged or open missing bits and they still put vat on everything. Staff are for most part rude they will speak in own language when you standing there having deep conversations and make you feel like your interrupting them for asking a simple question like do you have an item. The cashier lady is so rude and does not know how to talk to people. I still went back though gave another chance and regretted it further the prices are not clear and because I was looking at the total for my bill on screen a lady ran over and in my eyes purposefully tried to run over my foot with trolley to push me back which is crazy because if she ever did run the trolley over my foot I would of sued the backside of them. Totally terrible experience will never go back and I recommend you don't either unless you like being treated like s#@$. The way I was treated I really don't think they care if I go back but, I will let whom ever is reading this know the experience was terrible and that the staff are condescending and rude.
