I was in need of a good, reliable car at a decent price as my previous car had packed in and whilst browsing I came across one I was interested in. The car dealer seemed nice and friendly so we made a deal and I was happy… for about four days. After that, the engine fault light came on so I had to take it all the way back to the shop for him to look at it. He said he’d fixed it so I carried on with my life… for about another four days. It happened again and again and of course I’m a bit annoyed now as I expect if I purchase a car and spend good money on it that I’m actually able to use it!! I ended up having to make several trips there and back, forking out loads of money for taxis and then to top it off losing my job because I couldn’t get to work without driving there as well as missing out several days of the next one I secured because of this unreliable car. I lost thousands of pounds in income and when I pointed this out to the car dealer he simply said he’d also lost money on it too.. as if it wasn’t his sole responsibility to ensure he is purchasing and selling decent cars to people?! To his credit, he did continue to try and be helpful by offering to have another look at it, offer me to swap cars to a different one and also gave me the diagnostics machine to borrow as I had to go a distance in the car and was worried the fault was going to come up again. Unfortunately it did come back on again and in the end, I had to take the car back as no matter what he did to it it never got fixed and I was unable to use it - he did give me a full refund for the purchase price but not for the lost income, taxi fares and petrol in the tank totalling thousands of pounds loss for me - in fact, he was quite dismissive without even an apology. All I wanted was a car I could rely on to get me from A to B and I would’ve been happy - I don’t think that’s too much to ask. I’m sorry to say that I personally couldn’t recommend this car dealership due to having such an overall stressful experience combined with the lack of acknowledgment of the effects it all had on me.

Recently bought a used Nissan Micra from Z A Motors. Car was clean as advertised. Price was very good. Dealer has good knowledge and takes care to select good vehicles for re-sale. He explained all the functions as well as helped us to complete the paper works and tax payment. Recently we had a problem with EPS. He supported us and checked the vehicle and later guided to a specialist to do the repair work and also coordinated with the warranty company and we got the money in a week. Very helpful and friendly.

I recently bought a Prius from here, the owner was very friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue that I noticed on the bank Holiday Monday of the Queen's funeral and notified them by email. The guy was at my house within 3 hours on the bank holiday to resolve it, so I couldn't ask for better service! Very happy.
