    Hi it's very nice food but one again was freezing when it turned up. So when you are ordering from here make sure you have a working microwave oven at home, and factor in the price of electricity. It is a shame to only give 3 stars for 5 stars food, but we have phoned them before about this and again the food turns up not hot. But I guess this is simply the way of the World at the moment.     First time tonight we haven't had free prawn crackers. Ordered food including delivery of £27.20 but now to get free crackers you must take off delivery charge and old meal for one which takes it under £18. Very petty considering cheap price of crackers. Lost a customer on principle.

    I ordered a crab meat soup and it isn't crab meat it's crab sticks which are called seafood sticks all they are is seafood flavoured sticks and have no crab meat in them at all. Iv always orders from you and never had an issue until now
