I’m very disappointed about service, I have ask manager if I can have couple off glasses ,he said they are not serving with glasses ,(only can) I have told him we have allergies problem with can ,their is thousand off glasses behind the bar how cost to give us couple off glasses where the full restaurant was absolutely emty .also I have ask him if I can have some ice because the drink wasn’t cold enough he said there is a no ice I was absolutely surprised he serve me virgin mojito with ice and he saying there is a no ice ??? Again it was really hard to give us some extra ice ?? So I think he need more training how to satisfy the customer,and how to approach to customers .if carry on with this services I think it’s gonna be very difficult in future to gain customers satisfaction.
