Ordered a large donner meat & chips and was presented with this. I don't know whether to laugh or cry but overall I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the 20 minutes it took to prepare it (empty shop). 🤢 Absolutley rank Will not be going back there again.

The pizza and lamb donar is amazing. The masala fish is ok. Do not order from there direct website even though it has a discount. They always forget the order and when you call them an hour later they just start making it then. It happened 3 times to me. Either collect the order or order off uber. You can not sit and eat in the shop as the seats are in bad condition. Also the staff communicate loudly and swear frequently when they speak. Therefore cannot sit in the shop and eat.

Ordered food, waited for an hour, nothing, my partner rang the restaurant and they said they’d been knocking on the door, explained no one had knocked on the door and we hadn’t received our food. The man on the phone started to shout at my partner and call him a d*ckhe*d and tell him to never order from them again and wouldn’t allow my partner to explain that nothing had turned up.

I am a very old customer of Yumyum until today I received a French fries with three hairs on it, I called them and they yelled at me on the phone and they never changed my fries. I never buy anything in that place again every day the attention is worse
