A bunch of squatters taking hot be abandoned building right across the apartment, whose making noise and playing loud music on the balcony till 2am. The security and council gave little help regarding this. Unless this is sorted by and agreed, I’d suggest not to move in, plus they don’t make us feel safe at all

It's been almost half a year and they are still repairing this broken wall, starting before half past eight in the morning. Can you imagine, the worker is just outside the window, just across the window from you, hanging from a steel cable talking loudly and drilling electric drills. In other words, if there is no window between you, you are equivalent to being forced to stay with a few people who are crazy about drilling. There is nothing to compensate for this obnoxious noise from reception. really disgusting

The living experience is terrible. There is construction noise every day from 8 am to 5 pm, from September to next February. They didn't mention it at all before we checked in. The fire alarm almost goes on every day, and you are always nervous about it if you are in an online course or interview. They close the bin from time to time without good reason. The staff were not helpful and didn't want to solve those problems. Instead, they blamed us for cooking, throwing garbage, etc. The only positive aspect is the location, but you can definitely get another good place at the same price.

Fire alarm alarms every single day! Even couple times a day! Bin area always closed! They told me that there will be a Construction work, 3 month after I had booked this accommodation! The construction work lasts for several months! I was weakened up at 8am many times and had to put on my AirPods Pro to continue to sleep! The reception mixed up parcels, write wrong room numbers on parcels. There are rats in this building!

I wish I could give 0/5. Like everyone else said, all kinds of unbearable construction noise is right outside my room. IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE IS DRILLING ON MY HEAD. I cannot believe I'm paying rent for only 5 hours of sleep everyday and endless noise during the day. This is a joke.

Worst accomodation! Save yourself some money or book at another place for this price atleast you’l get good sleep in order to function for the rest of the day. The annoying construction work starts at 8 am, the workers enjoy their cigarette time outside your window, make soo much noise and then start the drilling which gives you headaches, the vibrating drilling noise!!! Londonist did not inform me before booking about the construction. The blinds are super transparent! No soundproof windows!Londonist have have charged me alottt for the standard studio. Fire alarm goes on and off anytime it’s annoying!! Dont book here and ask them if the construction work is over in order to stay here peacefully!! And The reception people dont pick up calls when you need them!!

Welcome to enjoy the roaring sound of decoration that starts at 8 o'clock every morning. The apartment is really thoughtful and wants to hone the willpower of every resident. If the residents can get used to the sound of the construction site, it can also help the residents explore career prospects, such as being a decoration worker. Of course, the fire alarm will come once every two or three days. From the perspective of the residents, going up and down the stairs can exercise the body, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night to exercise the residents' ability to respond and resist stress. Although the sound insulation of the apartment is not good, it is obvious that the apartment is also intended to enhance understanding and friendship among residents. You can clearly hear the people next door and their boyfriends and girlfriends on the phone, and understand other people's emotional experiences. You can hear many alarms and gain insight into other people's routines. You can hear the cheers celebrating the World Cup and join them. The facilities in the apartment are relatively old, you may find clogged drains, refrigerators full of ice cubes, and broken heating. This is a gift carefully prepared by Therese management team for the residents. Considering the lack of life experience and experience of the young residents traveling across the ocean, they try to let the residents solve problems with their own strength, so as to exercise their independent living ability. The service at the front desk is really good. They even listen to the residents, but they don't actively help the residents to solve their problems. I guess it is also to cultivate the residents' ability to be independent. What's more worth mentioning is that in order to create biodiversity, the trash can area of the apartment has raised many rats and mosquitoes. All-weather noise creates a unique living experience in Therese House, which is also the core advantage of this apartment. Just ask, 400 pounds in London, where else can experience the immersive construction site style?
