    Would absolutely not recommend anyone to stay here, especially if you want to stay at a clean place and where the management take you seriously. Have stayed here now for the last year, and it has been the worst place I have been. When you move in you will need to sign a form with all rules and stuff (just like every other student accommodation), but I can just tell you all now that if some of your future flatmates break the rules, they can do it for your whole stay and don't get "punished" because the management seems to be afraid of trouble. The management can and have threatened with eviction but will never ever do it. And there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so its too hot as well. The reasoning for the second star is because of the staff but its only for those who work night/weekend. I will never come back.

    Do not get room 2 in a 4 bedroom flat. It has the worst layout out of the 4. I don't know if it's just me who is unlucky but my room has a lot of problems, from toilet leaking, to broken study light, to broken bathroom light. It just keeps coming and maintenance team here is always busy and short-staffed so I will always have to wait up to a week to have my things fixed. Not to mention, there is no maintenance on weekends. Sometimes when the reception is not there, it will take a long time to wait just to grab a parcel. Other than that, the rooms and kitchen are decent. Gym definetely needs an improvement, there is not much items and they are mostly old or faulty.

    Terrible intercom. Doesn't work. Also the buildings have two access roads. 1 is in Ocean Village, the other is Channel Way. Both ways are counter intuitive routes. Building management and/or residents need to sort it for timely deliveries etc. It's a mess. Mark it up properly. Invest time in your home life accessibility. Everybody wins.
