Facilities are really good, modern and staff is very friendly. Common issue I keep hearing about is showers flooding but aside from that it's a lovely place. If you're really short like me (4'9) you might struggle to use the kitchen as even the microwave is high up.

This isn't a good place to live. It's too expensive for what it gives. The internet is the worst part, it is so slow. It will take you more than an hour to watch a 20-minute video because the video just stops every few seconds. Not to mention that they have 3 laundry machines and 3 drying machines for more than a hundred students. If you don't want to have problems during your university years, go look elsewhere.
