He helped me sort out all the issues and was a great pal throughout. His kindness and his care for his tenants is something you don’t come across many concierges. Honestly, YPP is one of the best companies that I have dealt with. I have dealt with them for a year and I am sure that I will complete all my years of study with them. They are distinguished by a very wide variety in buildings, apartments, and prices. They have a team that organizes meetings and competitions for the guests, which made me meet many friends. As an Arab student who was not fluent in English at the beginning of his studies in Britain, I found dealing with the company very easy, as they have a distinguished Arab staff who facilitated a lot for me when I rented my first apartment, they helped me read and sign the contract and on the payment system and its method of registration with the electricity and water companies and they were and still are providing assistance.
