Hugely disappointed. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I booked them over a month ago and booked a day off work on the day they were due to come. I waited all morning as they were due to come 9-12, waited till after 12 and I called them. A job was overrunning and they wanted to rebook me. I thought fair enough these things happen. Rebooked for today 9-12 and my wife waited in for them, got a message at 12.15 saying they got an emergency call out and would be there this afternoon. They never turned up and never called. They've wasted so much of mine and my wife's time waiting for them. Didn't apologise and didn't tell me whats going on. I'll find somewhere else that wants my business.

2nd year in a row we have had Chris Q from YPH come out to service our boiler (which was installed quickly & fuss free in March 2020 when we were without heating) and we are always delighted with the service, courtesy and friendly professionalism offered from not only Chris but also YPH as a company. 2 years ago my old boiler died on me during a cold febuary YPH not only did an emergency call out out for the inital issue they also were able to set up a new instalation in a short period of time with little to no issues. Since they they have always been reliable answering any concerns I have and being easy to book in for a service when needed. They they are always friendly and extreamly helpful.
