Ear wax removal. Went on 18May23. Was very impressed with James' knowledge and professionalism. Video of inside ears used during procedure and afterwards to ensure ears are clear. Having gone somewhere else first and been told I would have to be referred via my GP due to my ears not been suitable for micro suction due to the wax been too close to my eardrum, I was very pleased that the set up at YPC Health using the video meant this was not the case and the wax was able to be removed. I would absolutely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Everything about my visit went very smoothly and I would highly recommend. Firstly the ease of booking an appointment online, choosing a day and time to suit and getting booked in for the following day, considering I booked this late on a Sunday evening was a great bonus. The clinic was easy to find and has its own car park. My procedure was carried out by James who explained everything thoroughly before commencing the treatment, he checked that I was ok a number of times throughout the appointment and talked me through everything as he worked. Made me feel totally at ease and comfortable and I would certainly return here if I ever need any future treatments.
