I had an absolutely fantastic experience with You've Been Cleaned. After about a month of attempting and failing to book an after tenancy deep clean with another firm that a friend had recommended, but who hardly ever responded to messages and, when they did couldn't even give a straight answer in terms of prices or dates, I gave up and found YBC via Google. In stark contrast, dealing with Darryl was a really brilliant experience and a breath of fresh air, and within half an hour of sending the first enquiry, we had exchanged several emails and booked it all in for a very reasonable price. Darryl is a fantastic communicator and is brilliant at responding to messages. Most importantly, he and the guys did a really fantastic job on the property, the bathroom and kitchen in particular, which had been heavily used for nearly nine years, literally look like new. I would highly recommend You've Been Cleaned, and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again Darryl for a great job and brilliant customer service! I had an awful stain on my sofa - hardened nail varnish, the sofa is cream and it was right on the middle seat! YBC came out efficiently and arrived promptly (which to me is always a good sign of professionalism) I can't believe the stain is gone! I asked a fair few questions about the products/methods and they answered all of them confidently - they know their stuff!
