Really bad tailor. Asked him to shorten my curtains. Specified not to cut the top but shorten the bottom. He cut from the top and ruined the pencil pleat tape. The sticthes are very loose. Not happy at all. He should have told me he couldnt do it. 0ver 200 pound curtains ruined.
