I have just visited with my dog Lilly as an emergency and I am blown away by the care that was shown to her, so much so that we are changing vets. All of the nurses were amazingly friendly and the vet went above and beyond. We were even offered a drink! I am so impressed. Thank you.

I love the care given to cats here. There's a waiting room dedicated to them and feliway sprays to use if you ask the receptionist. Very stress free handling for my cat who had to be sedated for her last de-matt in our previous vets, but no problems here and was all done in 20 mins. Had no issues with bringing my pets down, whether that be for a weight check or an emergency. The vets and staff are caring and the cats always get cuddles and a hello when they come in.

We had an urgent dash here from Sutton Coldfield yesterday evening at 9 pm Our 18 yr old cat couldn’t weight bear on her back leg From the initial telephone call to leaving we were treated with utmost professionalism empathy and expert care Our cat is now more mobile pain free and the panic is over I hope we don’t need to visit you again but it’s a massive relief to know that you are open out of hours Thankyou all so very much

Took a stray 5 week kitten in as intrstuced by the RSPCA, as soon as she (vet) seen the kitten she said we have to put it down. I pushed for her to try to save it. She took its temperature and said it's too low the other vet walked in and said its got no heart beat. The kitten was moving and breathing. I offerd to take it home and nurse it but they did not allow it. I felt they did not try hard enough to save it may be it was a stray cat and did not want too.
