We met Joyce at a wedding fair and made an appointment shortly after as, after explaining my reservations about dress shopping as a "plus size" lady, she put me at ease and was very reassuring. At the appointment, Lesley made me feel comfortable and I soon forgot my concerns about my size. I had no idea what shape/style would suit me having never tried on dresses before. I agreed to be open minded and let Lesley pull dresses for me. The dress I chose was one I was initially dubious of, however once on, I didn't want to take it off and cannot wait for my wedding to get back in the dress! There was no pressure to buy, we were allowed to take photos and even video call my sister who could not be at the appointment that day. Thank you Joyce and Lesley for making me feel "normal" and not "plus size". I'd highly recommend Yours Truly Bridal.

Leslie and her mum are just fantastic! Although I found my dress elsewhere, it was super close and they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. They always had time for me and gave me wonderful advice. I'm so glad I got to meet them both and for them to be a part of my dress search experience! Everyone should definitely go here to find a dress. They are an amazing team and their dresses are stunning!

Wedding 7 August 2021 - Thank you all so much for helping me to find the perfect dress. I was very nervous about the process but you made me feel very comfortable very quickly. I really appreciated your honest feedback and am still amazed that I arrived not having a clue what I wanted but that you managed to find it by dress 3! It was all so stress-free, even then having to leave the dress with you for over a year and a half as we had to postpone the wedding date due to covid. All the alterations were done without any problems and everyone was really lovely to us. We would recommend Yours Truly Bridal House Ltd to all of our friends and family without hesitation. I will share some photos when I get them back, in the meantime thank you ladies ☺

The lady we saw was so helpful with my best friend when trying on dress's, was so honest and knowledgeable and made the bride to be feel comfortable. We were allowed to take photo's, unlike other stores, and we did not feel rushed at all! Excellent customer service and lovely staff!

My name is Annie but I'm using my fiances account. The ladies here are wonderful. They are so helpful and honest. The dress I ended up getting, I hadn't even seen or picked out but the ladies thought it would be a good try and yes they were right!! They were lovely and took the dress off the shop floor for me for 2 days so I could finally make up my mind. They were professional and so friendly. I've got my dress from here and cannot wait to wear it on my day! Thank you!!

Just popped in today just to have a very brief look. I didn't have an appointment, so I only expected to browse. However, I was still able to try on a dress and absolutely fell in love with it. The staff are not pushy what so ever and didn't try and pressure me into any of their dresses. They simply suggested one for my frame and I loved it! By far the most friendly wedding shop I've been too so far! They also have lots of dresses to suit different budgets which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop :)
