I was followed around the store as if they thought I was a theif whilst trying to find an outfit, no one said hello or asked if I needed any help, I asked if they had a particular item of clothing they just nodded no. Made me feel really uncomfortable when I was followed into the changing rooms. No smiles or nothing from the staff.. wouldn't recommend this store

Visited Lakeside Branch -07/11. searching for a pair of black smart tapered trousers- hard to find - 👎. . Assistant with dark hair in plaits went to Storeroom and found me a pair in two mins - Lifesaver- Thank You The Shop was busy and Xmas Stock was coming in but I found I still.had a really nice calm professional experience - will deff visit again. Thanks a million
