Booked and paid more than 3 weeks in advance only to receive an email the night before going to advise they had cancelled my booking. Definitely not a good customer service. They may be cheaper but definitely not reliable as had to pay over the odds due to such short notice.

Receptionist young white lady sitting at main entrance door didnot bother to let me into the building(was let in by a guest) and didnot communicate about my arrival to UKVCAS office upstairs on 28th Oct at 5:30pm (I did tell her to make a call and inform the team upstairs) And she left after her evening shift @6pm. I was waiting for an Immigration officer to collect me until 6:30pm. This wasted an hour. Parking is not free and bit tough to find so get in early to find a parking spot and pay for the ticket.
