Booked a parking spot here a month in advance, even had a reminder email on the morning, turned up to find the car park full, it seems your space isn’t reserved at all, no phone number to contact just an email. They were quick to respond to with an automated “your space has been cancelled and refunded” however the inconvenience of them having to park in London and pay again on a day when we needed to not worry about parking and wanted to plan ahead. I wouldn’t use this company again, it’s worth paying extra for peace of mind that you are going to be able to park when you get there.

Excellent and great location. Read a previous review so checked for the entrance before I left and it's actually on Union St so I had no problems and was very happy with whole experience. £5 for parking for an evening, good value for the location.
