Went here for my mantoux skin test. Had to wait 30+ minuteson both occasions. Doctor was very rude and miserable. Did not provide me with necessary information.The only thing that was good about it was the price as it’s cheaper than other places in London. However for how much your paying you expect a better service.

I was very pleased with my first visit to this travel clinic. I originally had an appointment for 11:50, but, due to travel complications I could not attened the appointment time of 11:50. However, after speaking to the very polite receptionist, she managed to not only re-schedule me in for 3pm, but, she also offered me the choice of a 12:10 appointment as well. I decided to decline the 12:10 out of fear of not being able to make it in time AGAIN. As I ended up arriving at the clinic at around 12:15, I decided to see if there was indeed a chance of being seen before 3pm. After speaking to the same friendly receptionist that I had spoken to on the phone, I was informed that It was possible to be seen. I filled out a quick form and waited for just under 10 minutes before being seen. I would definitely recomened this clinic due to the friendly and helpful staff, a very fresh and clean building and, not to mention, it is at least £20 cheaper than the majority of the clinics I researched in central London.
