Mr Gilby is understandably upset and annoyed...so was I. The workmanship was SO bad that we never got a FENSA certificate. They refused to correct the problems and took me to court citing exceptional dishonesty. They also accused me of plotting a major fraud. The case against me was dismissed but not before it had ruined my life and I had to buy replacement windows from another company. .......Never again..... It's been 5 years since I bought windows from YTW...the lies they told in court and to other professionals still haunt me Ms Rai complains of my persistent harassment - unbelievable!!

Bunch of cowboys, doing a terrible job, taking my money and not admitting their fault. Ordered double glazed oak windows from them, after installing them they covered up the all the scratches on the frame and never admitting if was their fault in the first place. Avoid at all cost!

Fantastic from start to finish. Absolutely amazing to work with. Very professional on both administrative and trade aspects. Danny is a true craftsman and is dedicated and meticulous in making sure you are completely satisfied. I can’t recommend highly enough. One of the best companies I have worked with. Danny and Bali were so helpful in providing drawings that were crucial to getting Conservation Area planning permission to replace the existing sashes. Their professionalism and attention to detail was such that we used them again when we replaced the remaining windows in our house.

Your Timber Windows supplied and fitted 19 beautiful new windows and doors as well as other building works to our home in Highbury, Islington. The quality of the windows is excellent, and the finish applied after fitting cannot be faulted. Throughout the design, supply and fitting, the team were hardworking, unfailingly polite and extremely professional. The work was completed on time and to budget, at a price that was significantly cheaper than the nearest local or national competitor's quote. I have recommended to a neighbouring friend where work is already underway and would highly recommend to others.
