That’s was awful massage! 28 minutes for 46£. I didn’t have a chance to relax at all. After massage the lady brought me less than half glass of water in a plastic glass. This is the level!! I used to have massage in a different countries but I deeply disappointed of service of this country!

Used to love those places and recommended it to everyone however the last few times I've tried to get an appointment I just can't get through! Can't book online, tried the app as suggested. If you can get through on the phone you are then transferred and never end up speaking to someone and emails don't get returned. Opening hours are confusing as the automatic email says one thing, your website says another! Last time I went I was disappointed as the hydropool wasn't working. No robes, no water machine, no slippers! These used to be lovely little touches to the experience.

Did a thermal spa experience with a friend and had a wonderful time. For only £20 you really get your money's worth with access to the sauna, hyrdo therapy pool, steam room and more for an hour and 30 minutes. Incredibly relaxing and revitalizing. The only small criticism is that there was no clock inside the area so we couldn't keep track of how much time we had left but honestly that is just a very small inconvenience, otherwise it was perfect. Will definitely be back again!

It used o be so easy, such a nice humane and friendly place . Now this smarmy looking bloke Gavid has put all on line. I spend all day on my computer Why would I want to do it for my leisure- we are going to Ballantynes so we can talk to people in our free time!! Lovely people there shame about the management

We had a half price voucher and enjoyed an hour in the Spa. Started with a foot spa with lovely warm tiled benches to sit on. This got us accustomed to the warmth. We then sat in the Crystal steam room wow! Envigorating. Top tip take off dangle earrings ..they heat up!....we spent time in the Sauna 120° wow that cleared the pores...then the sauna with lovely calming eucalyptus ...then into the jacuzzi...stopping off to shower between each. Didnt try the bucket of cold water splosh (not brave enough) did refresh with the ice chip scrub... came out and felt so clean and fresh. Good spacious female changing room. (No cubicles) it was good....I'd probably do it weekly if I could.

Gabi went above and beyond in navigating the booking system and help me to deliver a promise. She had patience, professionalism and answered all of my questions with confidence and ease. I honestly could not recommend Gabi more highly she is a star! I'm now looking forward to my thermal spa :-)
