Had a commercial account with this company in it's various giuses for best part of 20 years with no problems made one late payment by 6 days during middle of harvest while sat on a combine harvester all day & night just to be told when trying to place next order that Ihad 2 choices I could pay now before delivery or had to set up direct debit. So much for loyalty! Informed them I had a 3rd choice to use a better fuel supplier!

Made an order for heating oil, price actually came down before delivery date so cancelled the order and made a new order at the lower price. Still charged the higher amount. I provided them evidence of call to cancel as they 'couldn't find this' but still no acceptance of their poor admin. Avoid!
