Your Move was an excellent estate agency during the process of us buying the bungalow in Wolverhampton. Both Roy and Surjit were good at helping us through the purchase of the property. Surjit gave us helpful advice and reassured my sister through all the steps of the buying process even though when the vendor was not wanting to provide us with extra information we needed. The vendor did not want to bring the price down when we requested it as the house survey revealed some work which were costing us quite a bit. Surjit supported us and gave us reassurance.

Martin and the Team at Wolverhampton took on the management of my property from another agent who was performing poorly. I was very impressed from day one. The transition was smooth, both from my point of view and the tenant. Martin is very hands on, and always makes time in a busy schedule to address any issues or concerns. The branch handled a change of tenant exceeding well, I appreciated the level of detail I was given by him on the all the applicants, and involvement. Whereas in some ways the processes and procedures at YourMove head office are a little cumbersome, Martin and the Team at Wolverhampton are extremely responsive and will address problems quickly and effectively. A special shout out also for Nyae, who I have had most contact with in addition to Martin, and is often your first point of contact when you phone in.
