Kirsty from Your Move in Swanley was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She, including her team, really cared about me and understood my needs from the very first viewing to the day I moved in. Kirsty is like having a friend on the ‘inside’ that is working for you. She really cares about her clients. She took extra steps to be more helpful than she had to be even though it was not part of her job on occasion. I can’t speak highly enough of Kirsty and her team, George & Alex. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. The team are detail oriented, honest and great with people. Always on hand to answer some of the curved balls I threw at them Kirsty is an ‘on hands’ type of girl. You have questions, just ask her. She will answer or get you answers. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her and her team.
