We viewed 5 properties back to back with Fiona, she was professional and friendly and by the 2nd property had already sussed out which of the 5 would tick all of our boxes, she was spot on! From putting in an offer, to completion was less than 7 weeks. We were kept informed throughout by Fiona and April from the branch. Our whole purchase was done via phone and email and the only time we visited the branch was to collect our keys. I think the only thing missing was a little extra touch, a card/keyring/something to say congratulations. That certainly didn't draw anything away from the service we received, but would have made a lovely touch.
