Excellent service from the staff at the Baildon branch, in handling the sale of my mother's house. David was very knowledgeable about what to expect from the sale, agreed a selling fee up front, and we got what he expected us to reach on the sale. Very helpful staff in the office, Wendy and Tracy were always on hand to answer any questions, and arranged accompanied viewings on our behalf. Everything was well communicated throughout, took very little time to complete, and I would highly recommend that local people use these Estate Agents first and foremost in the village. All in all a very good team.
