The gravesend letting team were five star a) assisting me greatly with evicting a tenant whose bathroom mis-use (repeated flooding) was creating structural damage b) putting me in touch with an incredible local workteam (Laf) who refurbished the house completely in 10 days at a very sensible cost - great contact thanks Ula c) finding new tenants who I can tell already will respect and appreciate my newly refurbished house.
