I was very impressed with the initial process. I was selling my Mothers house so wasn’t in a chain. The house sold quickly and I sold to a family with nothing to sell. It took over 6 months for the sale to complete ( which was far too long). I didn’t feel there was any push from Your Move to complete the house sale quickly. At times phone calls weren’t returned and overall I didn’t feel the £2,400 fee was justified.

Iv been with them for many years and never had reason to shop around because I get good service. Emma has been my main contact over the years and more recently it has been Sophie. They have provided competency of knowledge and service continuously and are very approachable with staff that listen. I would highly recommend working with these individuals as they are a credit to their business. I have put 4* because as with any business, there is always room for continuous improvement yet I have no complaints
