I feel so terrible in writing this as the office and environment I worked in was absolutely wonderful, really nice people however. Working for this company has been a huge regret, working as a sale negotiator without a manger for a couple months and doing the more than I got paid. Unfortunately when the new branch manager came into the office it wasn’t a best time for the branch in sales. However when the new year came they made me redundant for poor performance and attention, even though the trouble of handling the Sale side by myself was extremely difficult that wasn’t taken into consideration. Unfortunately I would like to say working here would’ve been a pleasure however when you don’t get paid the right amount in your last payslip and no one to contact you to go over it even leaving phone calls for someone to call me back. I’m gutted to say my review on working here is disappointing. Do not work for this company. Thank you

Thought it best to leave a review for Nikki Lumsden. I would like to note that I haven't sold or bought from your move Ashford as yet but we have been searching for a new home for what feels like an eternity. We have gone through several representatives showing us around homes. Nikki completely stood out for me - I did not feel pressured or hassled in any way, just a really pleasant straight forward set of conversations that completely put my wife and I at ease. (Which was really refreshing) She is a real credit to your company.

Professionalism 0% customer service 0% tenant application fairness 0% DO NOT USE... Went to see a house on imperial way viewing very unprofessional and slap dash told we get a link to apply to landlord by the next day... a few phone calls to them told the person is out they will do it when get back, end of the day no link, rang up morning after and spoke to Martha who said she will do it, still nothing rang up to speak to manager who on holiday and pass to Martha again told be done within the hour, still nothing rang back Martha's now out and will be done by the end of the day. Next thing 33 imperial way is let agreed, due to the staff we missed out and didn't get a fair chance of applying for it especially when your current landlord is selling up and your desperate for a new home......
