We contacted Katia as we found the local NHS midwife service not convenient (they expected the baby and I to attend appointments in their centre few days after giving birth etc..)Katia proved to be very professional ,knowledgeable and quick at replying. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend her and contact her for future needs.

Katia has been an absolute godsend for us. We had our first baby a couple of weeks ago and I struggled with latching / positioning for breastfeeding so reached out to Katia in desperation only one week in. Katia came over and was amazing - she completed a thorough check up of the baby and myself and provided so much reassurance to settle our anxiety as new parents. Katia helped me with positioning and tips to help my baby latch better - it worked a charm and I am no longer using nipple shields. I now look forward to nursing instead of dreading the pain. The WhatsApp support for 2 weeks is invaluable too - Katia answers all my questions patiently and in a well informed manner (never pushing her own agenda / preferences) and provides some great resources to read and learn about our baby. She has also seen pics / videos of me feeding and given extra tips to help the process along. I can’t recommend Katia enough - without her I would have ended my breastfeeding journey before really giving it a shot. I’m so pleased we persevered with her support!

Katia was brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and no-nonsense lactation support. She worked with me to give me the confidence and practical tools I needed to better breastfeed my newborn. I’ve recommended her to several new mum friends already!

I’m so grateful for Katia’s expertise, kindness and thoroughness. Feeding issues with a new baby are very stressful and Katia’s support in dealing with our son’s reflux was reassuring at a difficult time. Follow up on WhatsApp was really useful too. If you’re looking for a lactation consultant locally, look no further!

Cannot recommend Katia highly enough. We came home from hospital and our little one was not that interested in feeding and consequently lost weight. Within 3 days of Katia helping almost all issues had been rectified and Katia was super responsive and helpful. Without her help we would definitely have ended up on a feeding plan. Her breast feeding tips, videos and support have been invaluable.

Having Katia’s support throughout the pregnancy and in particular for the first weeks after birth made such a huge difference. Issues with breastfeeding were immediately resolved thanks to her and I feel I avoided almost all of the troubles first time mums usually have. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Katia, honestly speaking, saved my life during the lockdown. My milk supply was delayed and my newborn couldn’t latch properly and with zero breastfeeding support available my mother and I reached out to Katia who was so helpful and helped me to find unconventional positions that worked for me and my baby that I had no idea about before! Thanks to her I continued breastfeeding until my daughter was 14 months when I thought I’d give up after 3. Breastfeeding can be unexpectedly painful and really confusing and having Katia helped me through that. She also gave me a great tip for helping my child to speak early ;) Nature is incredible! And so is Katia
