Beautiful flowers could have better customer service... Went to get special flowers to meet my boyfriends mother for the first time, had to ask for flowers to be put nicely in bouquette with folliage, then i asked for a small bunch of flowers for myself and they weren't cut to size or put in a nice bouquette and cost £27! I found it difficult to ask for a bouquette as they did not seem friendly. Would advise to be clear with your budget, the colour of flowers you want and arrangement. Flowers were beautiful, they have a wide variety!

AVOID - bought some expensive flowers for my sister and they wilted and died within a week! So disappointed given the money spent. On reflection I was probably ripped off with the price I paid. You get longer lasting flowers with freddies flowers!

Not a great experience. First of all for bridal bouquets they charge a minimum of £150 even if you’d ask for essentially the same bouquet they sell for £50. I asked twice by when I would need to order and my questions were ignored. Then when I tried to move forward with my order they didn’t even bother responding. Thankfully found Blooming Haus who were happy not to charge me the wedding tax and even encouraged me to sign up for their newsletter to get 10% off. Customer service is everything!
