Disappointed by the lack of customer service. Arrived for a BOOKED appointment at 11 for no one to be there. When we called her, she answered very bluntly saying we had the wrong time - us knowing full well we didn’t as I had an appointment somewhere else before. We were informed she didn’t have our number to call at 10 but the booking was made over the phone so the question here is why didn’t she write the number down like any other shop would. All in all not a friendly conversation to have with a business owner and we will not be returning or recommending to others.

I visited Your Little Secret with my sister and mum to find- the dress! The boutique didn’t disappointed. There were lots of dresses to choose from and Chantelle was so helpful; offering tips and other accessories to try on to make the look complete. We felt so at ease here compared to some places were you feel on edge and nervous to touch anything! I did, indeed, end up saying yes to the dress!

I can't recommend Your Little Secret Bridal Boutique enough. I visited twice, and on my second visit purchased my dress! The boutique has a large selection of gorgeous dresses to choose from and the owner Penny is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. You have plenty of time during the consultation to try on dresses you want in a private and calm environment. Despite trying on multiple dresses I had found online, the dress I chose was actually suggested by Penny who thought it would suit me. It was not something I would have picked myself but I'm so glad I tried it on as it looked lovely. Penny certainly knows her stuff and has a good eye! Thank you so much to Your Little Secret to helping me find the perfect dress!

NEVER BUY OR SELL WITH THIS SHOP!! The owner is rude and obnoxious. Having had my dress with her for 5 months, I chose to withdraw my dress from YLS. Yes I had an advert on stillwhite for cheaper, however this was an old ad that recently got some attention. I even emailed over the shops address for them to try and and use the shop as a way of purchase. Regardless I chose to take my dress from the shop. This is MY dress, my personal belongings that I own and you could not sell. Upon collection I was greeted with utter rudeness which then turned to raised voices and threats to take this matter further as the shop owner was under belief I had sold my dress through stillwhite. NOT THE CASE. The poor 'bride to be' on stillwhite, who also got the brunt of the rudeness, was also hung up on by Penny (shop owner), she was also in disbelief. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

I visited the boutique today with my mum and sister to try on dresses and it was such a lovely relaxed experience. It was the first place we had booked, so thought I would try on lots of different styles and come away with a better idea of what I'm looking for. After over two hours with Chantelle's calm guidance, we came away with The Dress!! I'm so happy with it and want to say thank you again to Chantelle for a wonderful afternoon. Not pushy in the slightest and very happy to listen to my preferences and advise on the many options. Highly recommended brilliant bridal boutique!

Penny, Chantelle and all the staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were also exceptionally patient and had lots of great advice and ideas! We had a lovely experience there; one of the best wedding dress shops we went to.

We met Gemma at a bridal fair and her charismatic and bubbly nature lead me to book an appointment to try on dresses in the store. On arrival I was greeted by Penny who was kind, knowledgable and helpful. She knew her stock well and quickly gauged what I was after. I hadn’t had the best experiences at other bridal shops but here I felt comfortable and not rushed. Nothing I asked for was too much effort and both penny and Gemma helped me dress up each dress to get a full idea of what it would like with a range of accessories. I left having purchased a dress, shoes, hairpiece and pearl belt but most importantly I left feeling confident the dress i has bought was “The One”. Thank you.
