What use is a system that refers itself back to the system, which doesn't work? I have just received a text from Regis Medical team asking me to book in using the anima system. In effect asking me to book in to to them using their system? I have been trying to use the 'Anima' joke for weeks now and have yet to see an available slot. Maybe if they can keep enough people going around in an endless loop, they can finally take a day off to fix the system that's creating the problem! Update 09/05/23 I tried to request a repeat prescription on 'Anima' and for the 2nd time have received a standard response. It's wrong and months out of date. "We will no longer be accepting requests for 'acute prescriptions' from pharmacies or via the SystmOnline app. Any such requests will not be accepted by the practice after 12th September, and we will return the request to the pharmacy. If patients require a prescription not on their repeat list, please ask them to submit an Anima request via our website/telephone line/reception desk. Diljit Bal YHP Regis Medical Centre" In case anyone from Regis reads this, when you submit a request for a prescription, Anima transfers you to SystmOnline. My prescription is not listed as 'repeat' for some reason although I have been taking it for weeks. So it's actually not possible for me to request it any other way. YOUR system refers itself back to a system. A system that doesn't work!

Terrible experience, i dread trying to make appointments on non existent anima booking service , when you go in for advise on serious concerns you get sarcasm instead , and when you make complaints about there attitude they always blame patients, the management never get back to you anyway , probably explains why , they all need re training top to bottom about patient care , rather than clubbing together and blame the Patients, even doctors do not listen until your on the floor in agony , they always say go to ae at least the hospital try to help even though they are busy , can’t say the same for them ,

Worst doctors ever known took a month to get my 10 year old son’s prescription who has been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and still hadn’t even been signed by a doctor when I went to collect it when I stated that obviously that was disgusting 2 of the receptionists seem to find it funny that my 10 year old had been suffering for a month without his medication absolutely awful would not recommend to anyone

I have been chasing up the surgery since December 19 2022 for a sick not just today I got a phone call after complaining on anima… Receptionist all ways says call back tomorrow morning at 8am by 8.20 all appointments for doctors are full so I complained soo get an appointment today… doctors rings discussed back dated sick note and on going…. Given me options how would I like emailed, texted or I can come in and pick it up I requested to be emailed…. At 1pm she had rang its 16.29 not received anything rang the surgery again got told doctor sent it via text message????? Three times???? I don’t get Iv not received it Wer did that get lost????? Can’t say in the connection now can we! 🤦🏻♀️

I had a blood test for chlorestorol (have heart disease in family) over a month ago, went on the Anima system no result, no luck ringing (over no. 50 in queue), called in Practice nothing on system, so was told they would get a Secretary to chase up, still waiting to hear!!!!! Need to look at the Anima system, complete rubbish can't book an appointment at 8am always at full capacity!!!!!! Also after visiting a Pharmacy with a chest infection and told you need to see a Doctor, called in Practice to see if I could make an appointment, no chance told to go to Walk-in-centre or ring 111!!!!! I did ring 111 and after 3 hours an out of hours Doctor did ring me and sent a prescription to a pharmacy for antibiotics. Go back to the old system, at least you could book your own appointment!!

I have been with this practice and have honestly never had a problem, even recommending them to others HOWEVER now is a completely different story, since YHP took over its gone down hill rapidly. This new Anima system really is on another level of stupid!! They don't even release any appointments on a daily basis and if you phone there's never appointments avaliable. How can they get away with not even releasing any appointments day after day? They need to be reported to CQC as this problem is one they were told to sort out. If they are reading these reviews how can they sleep at night with all the 1 star reviews?

Told to log on at 8am, did and by 10seconds past it was full to capacity. On hold for over hour to be told try tomorrow..... repeat daily. Absolute joke. My husbands boss won't pay without sicknote and do you think we can get one.
