Things went rapidly down hill after our deposit was paid. YG changed our T times to totally inconvenient times and then couldn't correct them due to the course being booked. I made it clear to them that we were angry but understand mistakes. on arrival to the resort we where then informed ( when we double checked times ) that infact we had been booked for the same golf course 2 days in a row rather than alternative courses. We then had to accept and even more inconvenient time to actually get to play on the second course. This then resulted in our other holiday booking having to be cancelled including our dinner reservation. As a group of 10 - it was then almost impossible to get a table anywhere. YG travel have throughout had a poor attitude to communication and 3 days post holiday still haven't responded to the our email about compensation for lost bookings. It goes without saying that the customer should not be responsible for chasing the agent to book and confirm. I'd encourage others to book themselves as the hotel we visited where super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Shocking experience in April 2023. Arrived via scheduled transfer at our hotel to find we had been booked in but the booking was cancelled by Your Golf Travel a few months prior. After a long time and lots of phone calls we were told the address of our new hotel but had to order taxis (3 of them to fit us and all our clubs in because our transfer bus had left!!) at our own expense to get there. The hotel was awful. Of a much lesser rating and standard to what we'd paid for and expected. The issues continued throughout the trip with hotel lifts breaking down, being isolated from a good range of bars and restaurants in a residential area, and our scheduled transfers to our golf courses not turning up, presumably because they were going to our original hotel, again costing us extra money. So far, Your Golf Travel have failed to compensate or even apologise for the errors made on their part which essentially ruined our annual golf trip.

My overall experience has been poor. My booking was not secured at the hotel. This was a well planned golf break for my sons birthday with 7 other close friends and family. We found out nothing was booked 1 week before the date of the break. I don’t believe the staff at Your Golf Travel tried to sort out other options in time. I had to call 3 times to finally get our itinerary. Once we did get our break confirmed at the last minute the hotel did say Your Golf Travel are the worst for confirming bookings. I have minimal confidence in using you in the future
