Your Choice Bathrooms have just completed my new bathroom. It has been a very pleasant experience. The initial contact at the shop was very professional & the ladies are so knowledgeable about the products the provide. Darren came out to do the quote & was happy to come back to tweak any changes I made. The job was carried by great tradesmen. Sean the fitter, Ian the electrician. N D Walters the flooring. The tilers were also very good but unfortunately did not get their names. I could highly recommend this company.

Superb advice from showroom staff when selecting furniture and fittings, nothing was too much trouble, despite us making changes to the size of the shower tray and the shower unit. Workmanship from all involved was first class, left the work area clean and tidy every night. We can’t thank you enough. We have no hesitation in recommending Your Choice Bathrooms.

They fitted shower panels but the fitter struggled and I had to give him an hand, this was just before lockdown when I found some problems I tried to cure them myself, I have recently come across more faults and tried to call them out. I have called four times each time I have been told they would get in touch but I have herad nothing. Be careful using this company.

Before sales experience was very good. The fitting was good. The after you have paid experience not good. We have had a few things not right, under the shower panel leaked that was fix straight away good, then we had the drain block up and smelling after a few phone calls it was fix. On the order form we asked for a flip and flop sink plug as the ones you push up and down break in no time. We got a push up and down one, this broke in a matter on months, we asked for it to be replaced with the one we ordered we are still waiting two weeks later. The wash hand basin was left full of dirty water, in the end we had to pay and have replaced at our expense. So not all bad but not good service.

Our old & tired bathroom has just had an outstanding transformation thanks to the amazing team at Your Choice Bathrooms! We would like to give a massive thanks to Darren for his help with all the planning. We cannot thank our fitter Shaun enough, he went the extra mile for us and his work has been outstanding & efficient. The whole team have been impressive & professional from start to finish and made the whole experience a pleasant one for us. We chose beautiful tiles from Tileland that was recommended to us by Your Choice, and Lee and his team did a brilliant job putting them up. Sandy and Paula were both very friendly and ready to help us with every little detail. Big thanks to the whole team and we would 100% recommend this company!
