We did our KGH course with Tiffany recently, she was so helpful for my pregnancy and labour. We just had our second baby and during my pregnancy I felt calm, relaxed and well prepared/informed/in control to give birth (even looking forward to it after a first not so pleasant delivery) I felt empowered Our birth didn’t go “as planned “ but having prepared with hypnobirthing we’ve been able to make informed decisions and have an amazing experience of child birth ! Now enjoying the baby’s snuggles feeling blessed for this wonderful experience (and using our relaxation trigger song to help settle my baby) Tiffany is an amazing person, I would recommend her to all my pregnant friends 😊

My husband and I did virtual sessions with Tiff prior to the birth of our first baby. The classes were so helpful and informative and we felt much calmer and more prepared for birth after these sessions. Tiff was highly knowledgeable and was able to customise our sessions based on the info we’d already received through our general antenatal classes. We really enjoyed our sessions and learnt so much. Tiffany helped me overcome my fear of giving birth at the very crucial moment in the third trimester. She is very warm and kind in her communication, which helps you relax and calm down, when the fear grows in you and the idea of giving birth becomes overwhelming. Her excellent knowledge on how body works helped me go back in believing myself in giving birth naturally. I felt she is much more competent than some of the midwives I met at the hospital, because she herself has 3 beautiful children and has first hand experience in giving birth.
