Counter staff obviously not on same page as yard staff. Attitude is poor. 4 staff embers at desks in the rear office and not one gets up to serve me even when they are not on the phone. When I do get served I am directed out to the timber yard to select my goods only to get raised eyes from yard staff as if I am in the wrong for not having a ticket. And then I am abruptly told I have to buy full lengths of 3.9 timber when my need is for 2m lengths. Why can’t you cut? 2.1 from 3.9 is 1.8 still a saleable length. It’s not my fault you don’t have 2.1 or 4.2 in stock. Good job there is RVT down the road who have a much better selection of lengths and have a helpful customer attitude. I won’t bother returning even for a paint brush.

Staff always helpful, but when short of supplies, will always deliver to bigger customers first, even if your order was in first. Website is atrocious, cant do anything with it. Shame, really.
