I am writing this review on behalf of a friend who was a customer and who paid to have some roofing work completed at her home. The person she dealt with was both dismissive & slightly intimidating. Once the work was completed and the job paid for she soon noticed some roof tiles had fallen away and then rain came down into her home as a consequence. Unfortunately the leak damaged a room which had only recently been plastered and decorated. My friend tried to establish exactly when someone would return to see the damage and put the roof right; she was repeatedly assured someone would come, but no-one ever did. Poor quality work. Poor customer service. This is not a roofing company I would ever use, based on the feedback I have heard. Service: Roof installation

WE ARE THE ENVY OF ALL OUR NEIGHBOURS 5* Service. I contacted Tom at Youngs Roofing to obtain a quote and he was prompt and within budget. Work was completed within the timescales given. All his employees were extremely polite and the job was completed to an extremely high standard. Tom, thank you for an amazing job, on time, in budget and an extremely excellent job. I was really impressed with the entire experience of dealing with Youngs Roofing. Tom has been great and his employees on site are very courteous and reliable. My job was an entire re-roof - replacing tiles with reclaimed random slate. This is a very difficult task with a high degree of skill involved. The result has been fantastic - great workmanship. Very clean and tidy too. I would not hesitate to recommend.
