Needed to downsize and saw a car with these guys on auto trader. Rang them this morning to find out if it was still available and Kyle was happy to help over the phone. Arrived to see the car sat waiting for me to see, was no fuss for a test drive and was agreeable on the PX. The actual sale was done so smoothly I didn't realize it was done and it was just me to tax and insure the car and be on my way. I left something in my trade in which Kyle has been more than happy to post back to me. Cannot recommend them enough! No pressure in buying the car. Smooth service. And so approachable.

I have given 1 star but if I could would of given zero. The focus I purchased from week 1 had a noise from the clutch, went back 3 times with no fix. Then week 2 started to loose power, air con stopped working; clutch pedal started making a noise then I discovered additive in the radiator reservoir to hide that the head gasket had gone. However I offered to pay the difference for their most expensive car on the forecourt. He refused to sale this to me and said it was because he did not want me to have it? I never asked for discount just ibwould pay the extra, I thought that was fair. However he would give me my full value of my against another car but not the one I choose. Short of it I got a full refund and went and purchased the same car with only 23K on the clock a £1000 cheaper. It's their lose AVOID AT ALL COST
