I have just bought my first motorbike from Youles Honda having recently passed my DAS and achieved my Category A licence. I had looked at two other local Honda dealerships but decided to buy from Youles because everyone has been so helpful. In particular I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to Koh who has gone out of his way to help me. He is a really professional salesman who has a genuine interest in helping his customers in a non pressurised way. Koh has helped me choose my new bike and given me lots of advice as I am an inexperienced rider in relation to riding techniques, gear and accessories. The experience of buying my first bike has been positive and Koh has kept me up to date re progress with my order, registration and finance application. Annual service for my Africa Twin today... Fantastic service at Youles Honda Manchester... Special mentions to Adam and Tony in the service and sales departments and Honda technician Kevin in the workshop who completed the service. My bike was fully serviced and ready within a few hours. Meanwhile I was able to relax with a coffee and look around the showroom. Top class and really impressed will go back in future 💯% The whole setup is professional and very customer focused.
