Contacted by cold caller, I felt slightly pressured by his approach, I understand though that my opinion is subjective. Install date arranged. I later postponed this indefinitely as by coincidence Openreach just started Fibre install to my street. Contacting YouFibre customer service was easy, although to receive documents i'd requested took a reminder call. Annie from YouFibre resolved this swiftly. When Sky, my current provider, contact me to sell me fibre package I may or may not restart my journey with YouFibre. Doing some research YouFibre 150 mbps package knocks Sky out the park re upload speed. This is just promised speed by cold caller and not my experience though.
