I had my very first sports massage today with Jamie. I've had many massage before but not sports. I was a little apprehensive as I had been told it can be painful. Jamie put me fully at easy and explained everything he was doing and why throughout the treatment. I found him very knowledgeable and highly experienced. I recently developed severe lower back pain which got progressively worse over a short period, by the time I sought help I could not lift my left leg at all, I couldn’t lay down to sleep, I could not sit down to work - it was quite excruciating. I managed to get an appointment with Tee Ettah who was nothing short of amazing! I have no idea how I came to have such an injury but she immediately put my mind at rest with her confident and reassuring manner and thorough examination. After taking my history and consultation Tee carefully and considerately tested my range of motion before providing deep tissue massage and gentle stretching, I could not believe the difference this made in such a short time. I was thoroughly impressed with the link I was sent to show me the exercises to aid my recovery which were easy to follow. I would not hesitate to recommend Tee to my family and friends I am so grateful!
