Everything was planned, organised and executed without fault, last minute changes (there were many!) were accommodated without fuss or inconvenience, and the team went way above and beyond expectation. We hired You & Us to support us in the organisation of an international scientific conference (IOBC-PRIR2022), which was hosted by University of Sheffield. The conference was complicated by the Covid19 pandemic, and had to be postponed twice before we decided to deliver it in a 'hybrid' format in April 2022 (i.e. involving both life and online participants). Despite these complications, Laura Thomas from You & Us provided absolutely outstanding support during both the run-up to the conference and the actual delivery of the conference itself. A post-conference survey yielded unanimously excellent feedback about the organisation of the conference (despite the more complicated hybrid format of the conference). In summary, I strongly recommend You & Us for the organisation of conferences/workshops in any form of shape - they offer flexible and meaningful support of the highest standard.
