Have visited the warehouse many times but today I was really disappointed with their so called "mega sale" "everything must go". Literally many of the items I saw today were the same price 6 months ago, but labelled up as though they were is a sale. Complete waste of my time amd a big lie.

We paid for delivery of a glazed wall unit, and wardrobe. Which was reduced on the shop floor. At no time were we told it wouldnt come assembled. The delivery guy turned up as arranged which was £55 delivery, fair enough with a completely un assembled wardrobe that he alone struggled with getting off his van. The other was in a cardboard box. How would he get that up stairs and into a bedroom on his own. So it gets delivered but that's it. When phoning "You're Furnished " and spoke to a very arrogant and dam right rude TOM, he said that's how it comes, if you don't want it, " put it back on the van"!! Be warned, don't be taken in and expect a good after sales service, you won't get it.

Continuously spam text me. Told me that it was OK because they got my details before GDPR, I said that wasn't actually how it worked but at any rate I just wanted them to stop, they told me to F off 😱 Totally unnecessary - but shows what sort of company they are!! You better hope your furniture is correct because I wouldn't like to experience giving them a more serious complaint!!!!
