    Nice modern hotel near buses, tube and restaurants. Hotel had a clean and modern entrance and lobby, with automated check in and pleasant bar area. The room I had was very small, but had most things a single traveller would need, except perhaps any storage space, aside from two coat hangers in front of the mirror. At least I had a window, which was a bonus, having been warned that that room I had booked was windowless. Bathroom was clean and modern with good shower. Air conditioning did not seem very effective, though it was not that hot. Walkability: Easy walking distance to London underground station

    The Yotel London Shoreditch is a great hotel. Very convenient and just 2 minutes from the tube. Lots of shops and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the hotel is very clean. The room is a bit small but we just needed a bed to sleep at night and it worked out well. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you. Diana

    So so small. I’m only 5ft11” and I couldn’t sleep straight and comfortable. The staff where nice but didn’t do anything about the almost non working air con. Lots of people not knowing how to maintain the hotel standing around not doing much. They need better air con for smaller rooms as there’s less space for heat to dissipate. Sure the extraction for the bathroom was non existent or not working either which made the situation worse. Would be hell in the summer. “No maintenance available” quoting the staff. Apple TV is stupid running through and android tv they don’t give you a remote for. Really difficult to use with basic remote. Paid £40+ for late checkout but still had our sleep disturbed! £500 for 4 nights of very little sleep.
