I ordered the test when it came up as an offer at work having self diagnosed a lactose intolerance. Test kit arrived with simple clear instructions and did my sample no problems. Got my results well within the time promised and I loved the traffic light style results showing my red, amber and green food groups. Test showed I was actually eating a wide range of foods (sometimes in the same meal) that I was intolerant to and once I removed them from my diet I saw massive improvements in gut health, digestions and migraines. Consultation with dietician was super helpful and gave me a list of websites and products to try as substitutes. Recommended to loads of friends and family who have all taken the tests and made changes based on the results. 5 star.

I was really nervous doing this intolerance test, but I’m so glad I did!! The test came super quick & I had the results back within 4 working days. I instantly knew that what I’d been feeling & dealing with for nearly 4 years was all real … now I knew why! The aftercare was so so good. The nutritionist was so knowledgeable and not only helped me which foods to exclude but the best supermarkets with excellent free from ranges to helping me re plan my usual meals. So friendly & helpful. I’ve now completed my 12 exclusion period and I feel so much better! No bloat, stomach noises, or needing to be close by the loo. On top of that I’ve lost weight which is all good for the cause. The reintroduction of foods is underway & the support to help me plan ‘how’ has been fantastic. York Test changed my life. I have been feeling unwell for years in my belly. I was always constipated, bloated and suffering with cramps. Not only, I was exercising a lot without loosing any weight. After I did the test I discovered all my intolerances and I stopped eating the food causing them. After 2 weeks I lost 5 kgs and I have been in the best shape since then! Also, no more bloating or cramps. The premium service also offered a 30 minutes consultation that was very insightful and explanatory about what you can and cannot eat to help you making the right choices. I would definitely recommend it and the process to get it done is so quick and simple to make it even more appealing.
