There is a storm over flow system close to football field As a former employee with this company it surprised at the unkempt condition of the site the rails leading into over flow is allowed to build up with rubbish there's no pride in the work operators carry out the scrapping of site Superintendent was a bad decision appointing young women with no experience is not fair on staff that worked hard for a career

We have had the unit now for 6 months and there is a noticeable difference shower heads clean of limescale and the glass. We turned it off a few times to water plants and forgotten to turn it back on and wow you can tell especially in the kettle it really does make a difference. Also your skin feels so much better so pleased with the service as well nice guy who came to fit and the sales team brilliant and really pleasant would highly recommend 👌

We experienced problem scaling in our domestic appliances and swim spa after our local private soft water supply was discontinued and we were transferred to hard water from Yorkshire Water. We were very pleased that we answered a mail shot from Yorkshire Water Softeners. An expert assessment at home carried out by the sales consultant rapidly convinced me of the benefits, feasibility and economy of of the proposed solution to our particular problems. I was made aware of the slight amount of salt which would be present in the softened water and the means to overcome this if I wished. This visit was soon followed by efficient installation of the Twin-Tec system by a clearly experienced water engineer. At the same time he fitted a Kinetico drinking water desalination and purification system discreetly under our kitchen sink through a three way tap of our choice. I have no hesitation in recommending Yorkshire Water Softeners most highly and only wish we had contacted them a couple of years earlier.
