Was looking to sell 2 cars and saw Yorkshire Vehicle buyers online with glowing reviews so thought to ring them up and enquire about their services. Rachel who took the call was very lovely to speak to and professional and took me step by step getting the details of the cars and making an appointment which suited the time best for me for someone to come around and check the cars. Adrian arrived very promptly, was also lovely to speak to, took time to inspect both cars and after some discussion we came to a fair price for both the cars taking in consideration of the year, mileage and overall condition of the cars. I was then back on the phone with Rachel to organise the payment and helped with all the paperwork step by step. Payment was very fast and arrive almost instantly along with the DVLA confirmation email of selling the cars. After another 5-6 minutes the trailer came to pick both the cars up. Spoke to the driver who was very polite and asked for permission to take images of the cars to use for their advertising, who i was more than happy to give permission to. He left with a smile and a thank you and I said goodbye to the cars that have served me very well over the years of having them. Overall i am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone who is needing to sell their car. Very prompt, friendly and professional service and gave a fair price for both cars. Payment was very fast and everyone was a joy to speak to and deal with.
